Glen is a Licensed Finance Broker and has been involved in the finance broking/mortgage origination business since 1991.

Over the last 17 years Glen has organised funding to assist clients ranging from small business to large corporations with finance for the following purposes:

• Commercial and residential property acquisition
• Commercial and residential property development
• Residential and industrial land subdivision
• Property syndication and joint venture funding

Glen’s key areas of expertise over the years has been:

• Fixed interest and variable rate funding
• Funding for development and property purchase
• Property syndication and joint venture funding

Glen has actively been involved in organising funding on behalf of clients for development projects such as:

• Apartment developments
• Residential land subdivision
• Industrial land subdivision
• Townhouse / duplex developments
• Medical centres
• Service stations
• Retail properties
• Industrial properties
• Showroom development

Over he years Glen has developed a strong client base and more importantly has established a strong relationship with major lenders here in Perth as well as in the Eastern States.

Since 1997 Glen has held his own individual Finance Brokers License under the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection (Government of Western Australia), and also was a WA State Councillor 2001/2002 for the MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia).
