Denis joined Security Capital Corporation as a Finance Broker in September 2002 after a successful career in Bankwest over a 38 year period.

As a consequence he has combined experience, knowledge and expertise in all facets of lending including the following:

• All types of property finance including commercial and residential
• Business acquisition and funding solutions
• Business loans
• Plant and equipment finance

Over the years Denis has not only been provided with significant training in all areas of lending, but has also established strong relationships with lenders in both Western Australian and the Eastern States.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Bankers and is well-known in the Perth business community.
